ACCESS Industrial Maintenance Inc (ACCESS) was founded by John Severin, Chairman and CEO, in 2005. Today ACCESS is steered by a carrfully assembled group of executives with a wide variety of talents and experience in the High Temperature Repair Industry. ACCESS' executive team, John Severin, Alex Jegge, Tim Rankin, Daniel Lewis, and Ronnie Melton, maintain a strong foundation of safety, performance, team spirit, and business integrity. ACCESS is the only American owned high temperture repair, maintenance, and inspection company and performs services in and out of the continental United States with corporate offices located in Colorado and Kansas.

John Severin left his position with a struggling Kansas-based firm to start his own customer-driven high temperature repair venture. With the drive and force necessary to take on the task of fulfilling a need in the industrial field that many were just beginning to realize, ACCESS quickly became an indispensable partner in the Power and Oil Industries. Today, ACCESS has established working relationships with several power plants, refineries, and mines nationwide. Since the company’s inception, its maintenance teams have successfully performed nearly 300 high-temperature repair jobs. Its extensive list of partners includes Allegheny Energy, Valero, Conoco Phillips, Hess, Southern Companies, Shell, and Progress Energy.

A Stellar Team
The company’s success is due in part to the exceptional individuals that form the ACCESS team. The ACCESS management team and maintenance technicians are well known in the energy industry as some of the most experienced and highly-skilled high temperature maintenance professionals in the country.

John Severin, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, has worked in high temperature repair since 1999. John served as Marketing Director and Business Consultant for US Boiler Services before becoming President and co-owner of his first high temperature repair company in 2002. After launching the successful start-up company and obtaining record sales, John sold his half of the company and formed Access Industrial Maintenance Inc. John moved back to Colorado from the Kansas City area in 2008.

Alex Jegge, President and Chief Financial Officer, joined Access in 2009 after a very successful banking career in corporate banking where he gained knowledge in business banking, investments, and credit risk management. His areas of expertise are in accounting, finance, tax, and corporate consulting. Alex has a B.S. in Professional Accounting from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.

Tim Rankin, Executive Service Advisor, is the former owner of Rankin Heat Service. Rankin has a long family history with high temperature repair and is well known in the Power and Oil Industries for his expertise in the field. He was once the President of the original high-temperature repair company and was featured in Who’s Who in Business in 2003. Tim moved from El Dorado Kansas in 2010 and now resides in Colorado.

 

Daniel J. Lewis, Special Projects - Marketing, permanently joined the ACCESS marketing team in 2010 after heading up special projects for ACCESS as an outsource for years. Daniel has 35 years of experience implementing literature fulfillment, inventory management, sales support services, and special marketing projects for companies all across the United States. ACCESS' marketing rollouts have become more efficient since Daniel came aboard resulting in increased inquiries concerning ACCESS' services. Daniel has proven himself to be an invaluable and significant contributor to the success of ACCESS. Daniel resides in Colorado.
