A Broad Spectrum of Services
INSPECTIONS:
OUTAGE / TURNAROUND PLANNING INSPECTION
ACCESS' ability to go into and around IDLH environments pays dividends to clients who are planning an outage/turnaround and want to know what to expect when the heat goes away. Predictability and precise planning is the key to speedy turnarounds, success, and keeping efficiency high. Sometimes ACCESS becomes part of a client's outage plan allowing early starts to needed maintenance the moment hot units shut down. Once the temperatures cool to a manageable level the plant maintenance personnel take over and finish the work.
PRE-JOB ASSESSMENT INSPECTION
Job scopes that need greater job planning, safety considerations, or there is questions of feasibility require ACCESS to perform an on-site inspection of the job scope environment. Many times this can be performed in normal plant clothes; however, sometimes it cannot be performed without a full-blown high temperature maintenance crew in complete personal protection gear to execute the inspection. In either case, photos and videos during the inspection are mandatory.
PRO-ACTIVE INSPECTION
ACCESS' online inspection services are often utilized to gain solid evidence of a possible breakdown or equipment malfunction. During a thorough inspection ACCESS can help the client identify specific areas of concern, assist in evaluating levels of severity, and make recommendations on any necessary or preventative maintenance work. Photos and video are sometimes used to clarify inspection findings. Many clients include ACCESS in their Process Improvement Plans.
MAINTENANCE:
EMERGENCY ON-DEMAND MAINTENANCE
When unexpected breakdowns occur, the result is an immediate shutdown of part of a facility. These abrupt failures or potential failures typically halt operations and send maintenance managers in search of ways to stay online or to get back online as quickly as possible. ACCESS’ trained, certified technicians respond promptly and professionally in emergency situations. With these specialized maintenance teams strategically located in the Midwest United States, ACCESS operates around the clock and can be onsite for a job within 4 to 24 hours of receiving a call. Maintenance managers can have peace of mind knowing that ACCESS is available 24-7 for emergency situations. 95% of ACCESS' service requests are for urgent situations that demand immediate response. The ability to stay in full operation or to get back to full operation quickly is invaluable.
SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
To schedule a job scope to be performed sometime in the future allows both ACCESS and the client to coordinate efforts to assure a safe and successful job execution. Scheduling also allows ACCESS to make sure a team of technicians are reserved for that date. It opens up options for mobilization, which may decrease the cost of the job, makes traveling safer for the technicians, and allows for scheduled rest before the job begins.
