Company Profile
ACCESS is a company formed by John Severin (former President - AIR) and James White (former Director of Field Operations - AIR). The objective is to provide a competitively priced high-temperature environment maintenance and repair service that offers highly skilled and experienced technicians to their clients.
Improving the Tradition:
ACCESS strives to improve the traditional way the High-Temperature
Environment Maintenance Industry has been structured. In
the past, crews have been assembled
minutes before mobilizing a job. The profile of the crew sent out to a
client's location to perform critical maintenance or repair in very dangerous environments
depended solely on availability of an assortment of technicians. Most of
the time, men on the crew would be working with each other for the first time.
Safety and Quality of Service:
ACCESS has taken a very different approach. First, we screen each employee thoroughly.
Our crews are made up of technicians with the highest
grades in safety training (including OSHA 10 hour), respirator fit testing,
first aid, drug screening, and welding certifications. Not to mention our very
own comprehensive in-house hot suit training in our custom-made confined space
vessel heated to over 300°! Our crews have
years of experience working together as a cohesive team in the
High-Temperature Environment Maintenance Industry.
The philosophy is simple. ACCESS believes just like in football, you build a winning team with teammates who understand the other teammates. They know each other inside and out.
